A standard two-hour buyout starts with a $1,200 food-and-drink minimum, plus 18% gratuity. That’s a starting total of $1,416. Your total increases if you order more food and drinks or add extras.

Your group agrees to spend at least $1,200 on food and drinks for the private event. Those purchases count toward the minimum. If you spend less, the organizer pays the difference. Gratuity and arcade coins are separate.

There is no separate room rental fee for the standard two-hour buyout. Your food-and-drink minimum covers exclusive use of the restaurant.

If your event stays at the minimum, the $1,416 total, including gratuity, works out to approximately:

• 30 guests: $47.20 each

• 40 guests: $35.40 each

• 60 guests: $23.60 each

These are examples of splitting the minimum evenly, rather than per-person meal prices. We’ll recommend enough food for your group and explain any additional cost before you book.

Backyard buyouts are available May-October, weather permitting. We may extend the season if the weather cooperates, but it would be a case-by-case basis.

The backyard accommodates up to 79 guests, including children. Tell us your expected group size, and we’ll help you plan the seating and food. Smaller groups can also inquire; the food-and-drink minimum still applies.

Company and holiday parties, sports team celebrations, school groups, birthdays, family gatherings, and church, community, or club events.

Our coordinator will help you build a simple shared menu around your group and budget. Choose from pizzas, salads, appetizers such as cheesy bread or JoJos, wings, and Snickerdoodle dessert pizza.

Give us your estimated number of adults and children. We’ll recommend quantities based on your group and menu. You don’t need to count pizzas yourself, and there isn’t a required adult or child buffet price.

We offer gluten-free pizza crusts and dairy-free mozzarella for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions. However, we are not a gluten-free, nut-free, or dairy-free restaurant. Food is prepared in a shared kitchen using shared cooking surfaces, so cross-contact with gluten and other allergens can occur.

We cannot guarantee allergen-free food, and our menu is not recommended for guests with celiac disease or severe food allergies.

Please tell us about your guests’ dietary needs when you inquire. Our coordinator will review the available options with you before you finalize your menu.

Absolutely. We can plan non-alcoholic drinks for your group. The same food-and-drink minimum applies.

Yes. Ask about prepaid drink tickets and tell us your budget or preferred limit. Guests can also purchase their own drinks if arranged in advance. All alcohol service is handled by Turner staff; outside alcohol is not permitted.

One organizer is responsible for the event bill and the minimum. We’ll agree on any guest-paid drinks beforehand so you know what the host will cover. If you’re collecting money from your group, you’ll arrange that directly with them.

A $250 deposit secures your date after we confirm availability and your booking details. It counts toward your event bill. Sending an inquiry does not reserve the date.

Your deposit is fully refundable if your cancellation email reaches events@turnerpizza.com at least 24 hours before your event starts.

Plates, cups and utensils are provided. Microphone, cornhole/yard games, and available AV use are included at no extra charge.

You can also coordinate a live music or live performance on our backyard stage. Please contact us to coordinate.

Yes. Games typically cost $0.50–$1 per play. You can arrange a prepaid coin budget, and we’ll have the coins ready. About $5 per person who plans to play is a helpful starting point. Arcade coins are separate from the food-and-drink minimum.

You’re welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes and arrive up to one hour early to decorate. Please clean up your decorations afterward. For help rearranging tables, give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and has two restrooms and high chairs. Parking is available in the gravel lot behind the restaurant and on surrounding streets.
